Hederman Brothers is looking to help protect the environment by having obtained chain-of-custody certification with the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). The FSC is a non-profit organization committed to preserving our forests through the responsible management in how we use forests to produce paper.
Customers wishing to show their concern for the environment, can request that their piece be printed on FSC-certified paper, which means they are using paper and print products provided by a vendor who helps contribute to conservation and responsible management of forests as well as community level benefits for people near the forests that provide the paper. Pieces printed on FSC-certified paper are printed with the FSC logo, showing all who see a real conscious effort in preserving our forests.
Carrying the FSC-certification logo on your printed piece tells the world that you support the highest social and environmental standards. All pieces showing the FSC logo need only go through an approval by an FSC-accredited certification body.
